As the Owner and Manager of Almoos't Heaven Bed & Breakfast LLC., JoLynn Forney is responsible for overseeing operations, maintaining the bed and breakfast, cooking, cleaning, advertising, and contracting for the United States Army National Guard. She became involved in her profession because she and her husband always enjoyed traveling and wanted to have a log home. She attributes her success to her upbringing, good values and work ethic. Ms. Forney has retired from the military. She also works full-time as a contractor for the Army National Guard at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

Ms. Forney is pursuing her bachelor's degree in criminology, psychology and sociology at Drury University, having received her associate degree in general studies from Central Texas College in 2004. She is a member of the Waynesville Chamber of Commerce.
