/24-7PressRelease/ - EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND, April 21, 2006 - Parity's Principal Service Management Consultant, Chris Littlewood has recently been accepted as a Fellow of the Institute of IT Service Management (ISM), since becoming Vice President of membership in November 2005. This is in recognition of Chris' continued presence in IT and IT Service Management over the past 30 years and his commitment to the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme and standards. He has also been actively involved in publications, qualifications, examinations and course provider groups, as well as an author and contributor to articles, pocketbooks, best practice guidance and 'Introduction to ITIL'.

The CPD scheme also helps individuals to shape their career and training needs. The scheme is linked to the BCS Industry Structure Model and Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA).

Parity Training's Managing Director Ebi Zadeh said "This is great news for both Chris Littlewood and Parity. This exemplifies Chris' commitment to professionalism, continuous professional development and standards.
