Her work with the Board of the Company of Dance Arts allowed her to serve as Secretary and then as President of the Board of Trustees for six years before being honored as a Trustee Emeritus. Her duties, in addition to administering the everyday business of the company, included Production Coordinator for all staged productions throughout the states of New Jersey and New York, contracting and working directly with professional dancers, theatres, artistic directors, choreographers, technical directors, as well as to institute a large volunteer program that gave the Company of Dance Arts the ability to grow and perform at the highest standards and to be named as NJ's Premier Pre-Professional Ballet Company. It was also her responsibility to write the many successful grant proposals received from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, the Board of Chosen Freeholders of Monmouth County, major corporations, many smaller foundations, and individuals.
