After 28 years of service in the Navy, Ms. Moranville retired in 2005 as a Commander. Currently, she works as a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, in the Acquisition and Program Management division. The firm offers consulting services in many areas such as acquisition, program management, Lean Six Sigma, systems engineering, information technology, security, business management, and finance. Booz Allen is in the business of "finding solutions that endure." A seasoned professional in her field, Ms. Moranville provides program management and acquisition consultation to Program Managers at Space Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR) on such topics as acquisition documentation tailoring, process improvements, requirements analysis, systems engineering and risk management. She helps her clients ensure accountability and compliance with government regulations for the acquisition of military networks and systems.

Ms. Moranville received her Master's of Science Degree in Management in 1985 from the Naval Post Graduate School and her Master's of Art Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies in 1994 from the Naval War College.
