With 43 years of professional experience, Mr. Mohr attributes his success to his good fortune. As an executive director, he is in charge of overseeing 2,200 professionals, facilitating collaborative programs, and professional lobbying. Prior to joining the Indiana Association of School Principals, Mohr worked as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, and assistant superintendent at Rush County Schools, and as an associate executive director at IASP.

Mr. Mohr is a member of the American Association of School Administrators, the National Association of Elementary School Principals, the National Association of Secondary School Principals and Phi Delta Kappa. In 2002, he completed coursework in Education Specialist Administration at Indiana State University.
