FLEMINGTON, NJ, January 26, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rosanna Aloe Morlando, President of Enjoy Your Party, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in event management.

Rosanna started her business over 16 years ago from her kitchen table, holding a bottle to her 3-month-old son's mouth and coloring with her 2-year-old daughter. She had been working as a paralegal, and realized that she was much happier working in a non-office environment. Having worked for many Caterers and Retail Food Services most of her life and being raised in a family that routinely hosted large dinners and parties, she realized that she could make a great contribution to the hospitality industry. Thus, Enjoy Your Party, Inc. was born.

In her role as President of Enjoy Your Party, Inc. the Event Staffing and Management Company, Rosanna handles just about everything. She manages and coordinates the logistics of events, especially for larger jobs, and oversees tents, DJs, seating, flowers, catering, booking and scheduling. In addition, she is responsible for smoothing out any problems that may arise, signing in all workers, and ensuring that uniform guidelines are adhered to and all work is done properly. She oversees over 260 part-time employees and conducts training meetings on etiquette and general banquet and serving rules. She operates and has staff in NJ, NYC, PA and Florida. Her Professional Staff includes Waiters, Bartenders and Kitchen Workers who are adept at handling both corporate events and privately catered parties.

Rosanna earned an Associate Degree in Business from Farmingdale State College in 1986. She also holds a Paralegal Certification, conferred by Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, and is a member of the Italian American Heritage Club of Hunterdon County in New Jersey.

In the future, Rosanna hopes to franchise her business in other states. She has also started along with her Husband Patrick Morlando a beautiful mobile Cappuccino and Espresso Bar for Parties and Events, which is called Espresso Adesso.
