Since 1977, Dr. Kreiner has been practicing in Mechanicsburg. He received his B.S. from SUNY Stony Brook, where he received all-conference honors in baseball. He went on to graduate from NYU College of Dentistry and then served two years in the US Air Force at Pease AFB, in New Hampshire, further honing his skills. Dr. Kreiner, cosmetic dentist in Mechanicsburg, continues to take innumerable continuing education courses, and is certified in Invisalign invisible braces.

Joining Dr. Kreiner at Smiles on Trindle Dental Care is Dr. John Balas, Mechanicsburg cosmetic dentist. Dr. Balas joined the practice after having recently completed a 24-year career with the U.S. Army Dental Corps. He subsequently earned his dental degree (DDS) at the University of Maryland's Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1986. Through the army he was also able to further his training by completing a 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Fort Bragg, NC.
