Azle Dentist Connects with Patients Through Social Media

    AZLE, TX, April 20, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Drs. Frank and Jodie Rubal, Azle dentists, are pleased to announce their practice is getting involved in social media by creating a Facebook fan page and a Twitter account. The family dentists in Azle also will start producing a dentistry blog that will be hosted on their practice's website.

"We are excited to increase our interactions with our patients by having a social media presence. The more we are able to interact with our patients, the more comfortable they will be with us as dentists. The blog is a medium through which the Azle general dentists will be able to educate their patients through short blog posts detailing different topics in dentistry. From general dental topics to different treatment methods, the blog is designed to increase patients' dental knowledge. It has been proven that patients who are more educated are more likely to take better care of their personal dental health.

The Twitter account and Facebook page will be more conducive to patient interaction. Each account will post occasional short thoughts or links to dental content and patients will have the opportunity to respond, comment or retweet anything that the Azle dentists post. This will create a dialogue between patients and dentists that will benefit both parties.

Patients can easily find links to the new social media profiles listed on Dr. Rubal's comprehensive dental website. The new site offers a variety of content, including office hours, location, staff bios and a list of services that are offered.

For new patients, there are downloadable new patient forms that can be filled out prior to coming in for the first appointment and easy to use turn-by-turn directions powered by Google Maps. There is also a patient education library filled with information about dentistry and how to take care of your oral health.

This husband and wife dental team has been practicing dental health care since 1996 and offers family and cosmetic dentistry including crowns and dentures.
