A graduate of the University of San Francisco, Ms. Hartvickson received a Bachelor of Science degree in human resources and organizational development. Additionally, she has studied for her MBA - operations management at Kennedy-Western University. Ms. Hartvickson continues to develop and share her knowledge of the field as a long-standing member of the Society for Human Resource Management, DallasHR and is currently the vice president of the Tyler Executive Women's Network.
