Named "Top Dentist in the Nation" by CRA Magazine, Monroe received his DDS from the University of Washington. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics, the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists and the International Association of Orthodontics. In addition, Monroe is listed in Who's Who Among America's Dentists (2005-2006).
