LAS VEGAS, NV, May 3, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ray Suarez, Vice President, Sales Operations of Konami Gaming, Inc., has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in Operations and Logistics.

Mr. Suarez, who has 20+ years of experience in supply chain management and business operations, has been the vice president of sales operations for Konami Gaming, Inc., for the past two years. Konami Gaming, which is one of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors of casino equipment, provides clients around the world with slot machines, casino management systems and other products. In his leadership role, Mr. Suarez is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and logistics departments of the gaming company. His other duties include providing internal and external customer support by developing and implementing business solutions driving improved efficiencies.

Mr. Suarez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management at the University of Phoenix, and previously held a Production and Inventory Management Certification. Prior to assuming his current position with Konami Gaming, Mr. Suarez filled a number of other key roles within the company, including serving as the director of manufacturing and the director of sales operations. Before that, he held several management positions with leading companies such as IBM and Hitachi.

Mr. Suarez comes to the sales operations and logistics field after a 21-year career in the United States Marine Corps. As a member of the military, Mr. Suarez filled numerous positions in logistics and support operations and retired as a First Sergeant. He attributes his professional success to his determination and dedication.

Outside of the office, Mr. Suarez devotes himself to giving back to the community through his volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity. Away from work and his other pursuits, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
