37th International WorkBoat Show Returns to New Orleans, Nov. 30-Dec. 2, Featuring a Free Maritime Job Fair and Keynote Address by Former Navy SEALs Jocko Willink and Leif Babin

A free Maritime Job Fair, keynote presentation, more than 1,100 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services and a comprehensive conference program highlight the annual International WorkBoat Show.



This year's WorkBoat Show is expected to attract more than 14,000 visitors from 45 states and 26 countries.

    NEW ORLEANS, LA, November 29, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The 37th edition of the International WorkBoat Show, North America's largest commercial marine trade show and conference, is returning to the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans from Wednesday, Nov. 30, through Friday, Dec. 2, with a free Maritime Job Fair, keynote presentation, more than 1,100 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services and comprehensive conference program. "Tradeshow Week" ranks the WorkBoat Show as one of the Top 200 largest U.S. trade shows.

This year's WorkBoat Show is expected to attract more than 14,000 visitors from 45 states and 26 countries and is projected by the New Orleans Convention and Visitors Bureau to have an economic impact of $16.5 million.

Major Events

Wednesday, November 30: 3-4 p.m.; Two highly decorated former Navy SEALs and New York Times best-selling authors, Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, will deliver the conference keynote address on team and leadership development. The pair co-authored the New York Times' best-selling book, "Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy Seals Lead and Win."

Thursday, December 1: 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.; FREE Maritime Job Fair; The Louisiana Workforce Commission is partnering with the International WorkBoat Show to host a free Maritime Job Fair in the Great Hall. Where
The International WorkBoat Show and Annual Conference will take place in Halls B through F in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. Registration will be in the lobby outside of Hall D. The conference and keynotes will take place in the Great Hall, located in Hall A.
