Where to Watch Wimbledon 2015 in London

Big Screens across the city bring Centre Court closer to Londoners reports LondonTown.com

LONDON, ENGLAND, July 08, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- With Centre Court tickets harder to come by than Willy Wonka's golden ticket the next best thing is watching all the Wimbledon action on one of the big screens around London. As the biggest sporting event of the summer, the Wimbledon Championship is undoubtedly one of the best London events to look forward to in July 2015.

See the tennis on big screens on top of One New Change offering great views over the City, or at Lewis Cubitt Square, the newest public space in King's Cross where Strawberries and Screen sets up a screen next to the new King's Cross Pond - the ideal place to cool off with an al fresco swim.

Big screens are set up in Lyric Square Hammersmith, The Scoop More London, in Canary Wharf and Cardinal Place, Victoria, where Harry Brompton's pop up bar will be selling ice tea, lager and prosecco for the afternoon screenings for the full two weeks of Wimbledon.

For the finals weekend only, from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th July, Duke of York Square, located next to the Saatchi Gallery on Kings Road in Chelsea, is not only showing Wimbledon on the screen on the grass of the running track but visitors can also try their luck at the 'fastest serve competition'.

Paddington Central presents a programme of free activities and a large outdoor screen showing Wimbledon. As well as seeing the tennis participants can also sign up for free 45 minute classes on art and photography, well-being and yoga in the canal's floating classroom.
