He attributes his success to the discipline and hard work ethic he developed during his time serving in the United States military at the beginning of his career. Mr. Addison was a part of the U.S. Navy Reserve from 1942 to 1946. Following his tenure, he attended Harvard University and achieved a Bachelor of Arts. As he flourished in his career, he remained at the top of his field by affiliating with the Shaughnessy Club of the First National Bank.
