In 2010 and 2016, he also worked as a visiting professor at the National Institute of Polar Research Japan.
An alumnus of Taiwan University, North Dakota State University, and Stanford University, Dr. She holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and a Ph.D. His professional affiliations include the Optical Society of America, where he is a fellow, the American Physical Society, and the American Geophysical Union. Throughout his many years in the field, he has achieved much, including the invention of two high-spectral resolution atmospheric lidars and research on nonlinear optics. Additionally, he co-edited a book called "Selected Papers on Laser Applications in Remote Sensing," in 1997, and has contributed to more than 200 articles in professional journals. In light of his achievements, Dr. She was named a Fulbright Scholar in 2000, and was featured in numerous volumes of Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World.
