As the chief executive officer of Beyond Differences, Inc., Ms. Sherman is an expert in bringing people, ideals and principles together. Her day-to-day responsibilities include administering programs, organizing luncheons and book clubs and facilitating awareness of cultural boundaries in Greenville, SC. She has two years of experience in her field.

When Ms. Sherman worked on a voting registration campaign, she was made aware of the differing opinions and expectations of the varied cultures. Recently, Ms. Sherman, her partners, and community partners conducted a community survey called 'Race Matters.' She attributes her success to her dedication, determination and perseverance.

Ms. Sherman received her Master of Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University. She is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
