A graduate of Seoul City University and Korea University, Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in MIS. In order to remain active and engaged among his professional circles, he affiliates himself with the Korea Internet Professional Association, where he has been the director since 2010. He also contributed to a number of creative works, including a smart application that has led to significant improvements in customer convenience and safety for online shopping payments.
A seasoned professional with decades of practiced expertise, Mr. Lee has won many awards for his work, including the Gold Stevie Winner in four categories (Banking or Financial Services, Financial Services or Insurance, Marketing Team of the Year and Financial Services with PointPlus) of IBA(International Business Award) in 2012, and the Echo Best Grand Prize in 2010 at the Web Awards, and the First New Knowledge Worker of Korea Award in 1999 from the National Commission for Rebuilding Korea and the Financial Supervisory Commission of Korea.
