A graduate of The Ohio State University and Ohio Wesleyan University, Mr. Whipps holds a Bachelor of Arts and a JD. His professional affiliations include the Columbus, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, the Ohio and American Academies of Trial Lawyers, and the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association. Throughout his career, he has contributed his expertise to Upper Arlington Plain Talk, which was a television show he hosted from 1979 until 1982, as well as Bridging Disability, which he hosted from 1981 until 1982.
