Ms. Weiner is a woman of many talents, notably as a writer, poet, theatre director, actor, and playwright. In 2007 she released her novel, Redemption at Ringside, under the pseudonym of CZ Cameron. In 2010 she worked with the Beth-El Repertory Theatre which morphed into the 'Liliana Moraru Santa Cruz Jewish Theatre'. In that venue she held the post of Artistic Director from 2010-2014. She was also honored with an Editor's Choice Award by the International Society of Poets. Ms. Weiner has led an illustrious life, and wants to be remembered for her philosophy, summed up with these words: "Find your joy, embrace it and then pay it forward!!"

Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, to Edward A. and Mary Shapiro, Ms. Weiner studied at Clark University, the State University of New York, and Miami-Dade College in Florida. It was in Florida that she found theatre as a profession and a passion, joining a number of small theatre troupes in the area. In 1965, she accepted a position with the Dade County Community School Systems as an instructor in the fundamentals of treading the boards.

Ms. Weiner continued to act through the '60s with the Miami Actors Repertory Theatre, the Miami Beach Players, and the Gallery Theatre in Coral Gables, Florida. In 1968, she became Guest Artist-in-Theatre with Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. One year later, Ms. Weiner became a teacher of theatre arts with the Roberson Centre of the Arts in Binghamton, New York. Concurrently, she took up freelance writing for the Norwich Evening Sun nearby, and accepted a role as the director of the Norwich Adult Weekly Summer Repertory Theatre. The young people of Norwich, NY at the time may remember Ms. Weiner at Norwich Senior High as Mrs. Zundell, director of UNIT, a continuing high school theatre project, and as director of cultural activities with the Norwich Youth Commission.

In 1972, Ms. Weiner entered the stage of California and became a resident director with the Gold Crown Dinner Theatre and Touring Company in Downey. She lent her dramatic touch to the Theatre for Youth for the city of Santa Clara and the Center Players in Long Beach, as well as the West Valley Civic Light Opera and the Metropolitan Education District of San Jose. Ms. Weiner was the originator of the first area multi-school theatre project, the Tino Workshop Theatre located at Cupertino High School, part of the Fremont school district in California. In 1990, she accepted an artistic residency with Arrowhead Theatre, and is remembered fondly for her direction and acting with the Reader's Theatre for Original. In 2006, Ms. Weiner led a theatre workshop with Temple Beth-El in Aptos, California.

In addition to the dramatic arts, Ms. Weiner has notably supported the San Jose Public Library as a reader for the blind, and served as a youth leader with B'nai B'rith in upstate New York. She has been a featured poet with the Norwich Sun, and her animation voice-over work with E.J Sound/Hosca Production has charmed many audiences. Ms. Weiner is a member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, the American Educational Theatre Association, the International Platform Association, the Association of Jewish Theatre, and the American Association of Community Theatre. Her written work comprises numerous novels and poetry collections, the latter beginning with The Rabbi's Daughter in 1987. Ms. Weiner has accrued numerous merits and honors, and is notably the recipient of four 2013 International Music and Entertainment Awards from the International Music and Entertainment Association for productions at Liliana Moraru Santa Cruz Jewish Theatre. For her many years of dedication to theatre and her accomplishments as a writer, Ms. Weiner was selected for inclusion in numerous volumes of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who of American Women, as well as three volumes of Who's Who in Entertainment spanning from 1973 to 2015. She is the mother of Aaryn Anne and Elliot Michael.
