Drawing upon more than 50 years of experience, Mr. Clark is a widely renowned corporate financial executive and management consultant. He is perhaps best known for providing consulting services in the areas of securities and insurance litigation. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Clark has been featured in a wide range of honors publications, including Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the West. He was also selected for inclusion in the 28th edition of Who's Who in Finance and Industry, and the 35th and 36th editions of Who's Who in Finance and Business.

A respected authority in the financial industry, Mr. Clark authored "Some Factors Affecting Dividend Payout Ratios" in 1962. He maintains involvement with a wide range of organizations, including the Bohemian Club, Beta Gamma Sigma, the St. Francis Yacht Club, and the Order of St. John. In addition to being a reputable management professional, Mr. Clark is also a talented pianist. He has released many albums in his name, including, "Dick Clark at the Keyboard," "I Love a Piano," "I Play the Songs," "On My Way to You" and "Christmas Piano with Violin."

Prior to pursuing a career in management, Mr. Clark attended the University of Rochester, where he received a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in 1960. He went on to complete an MBA at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School in 1962 before accepting a position as a corporate planning analyst with the Campbell Soup Company in 1965. From 1967 to 1970, he served as an assistant product manager with General Mills, Inc. before assuming the role of senior financial analyst with the McKesson Corporation.

Between 1970 and 1987, Mr. Clark rose through various positions within the company, including as an assistant division controller, division controller, general manager of grocery products development, vice president and controller, vice president of finance and director of strategic planning. He later joined the Provigo Corporation, where he served as the vice president of finance and chief financial officer from 1987 to 1990. Upon retiring from his position with the Provigo Corporation, Mr. Clark began assisting the Napa Valley Associates, S.A. as a consultant on hotel development, and later as a health care consultant. From 1998 to 2011, he worked as a management consultant with a focus on securities and insurance litigation.

Mr. Clark is a recognized member of the advisory board with the Salvation Army, as well as a former chairman. Since 2005, he has served as a member of the Order of St. John, achieving the rank of Knight of Grace in 2012. Previously, Mr. Clark was named a Sherman fellow of the University of Rochester.
