Dr. Licht works as a physician and as the president of the Brooklyn Psychiatric Association, which provides independent medical examinations for commercial and government organizations. During the course of his more than 40 years of experience, he has lent his expertise to the Long Island College Hospital as Chairman of Psychiatry, has worked with patients with cancer, and has served patients in nursing homes.
A graduate of the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center and Columbia College, Dr. Licht holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Zoology and an MD, which he earned in the late 1960s. Console Master Teacher of Psychiatry through the State University of New York.
