Mr. Solberg began his career at the age of 10, when he had to work to support himself because his father died in an accident when he was 2 years old. He later served in the Air Force, after which he began an electrical shop, which he sold 10 years later. He then invented Unislip, a grinding machine for gate and globe valves, patenting it in 12 countries and building a manufacturing company for the product and the company had agencies in 25 countries when he sold it after running it successfully for 13 years. Today, between 70 and 80 percent of all nuclear power stations worldwide use his machines. In addition, he is an engaging motivational speaker having conducted more than 1,000 seminars/training courses to over 120,000 people in the area of sales, motivation, communication, leadership, ISO 9000 and total quality management. He was Knighted as a Knight of Rizal in the Philippines in 2012 and recognized by Business Worldwide Magazine as the Most Responsible CEO for the Forestry Industry in 2017.
