Hocks Out Press announces the seventh annual Thumperino Superbunny Easter Drawing and Coloring Contest -- for children ages 3 to 13.



    NEW YORK, NY, March 10, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Hocks Out Press announces the seventh annual Thumperino Superbunny Easter Drawing and Coloring Contest. To enter is simple: draw and color a scene from the action adventure series Thumperino Superbunny or the You-Color-It storybook, A Cow Named Cow, for a chance to win one of three top prizes. Winners will be notified by email and announced on the Hocks Out Press website on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. "I'm looking forward to another year of great submissions," says author Amber L. Spradlin. The drawing/coloring contest launched on Monday, March 5, 2018, with a submission deadline of Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018. Top prizes, in the form of gift cards redeemable from leading retailers in the book and e-book market, will be awarded to three randomly selected winners. Children ages 3 to 13 may enter for a chance to win. All participants will receive honorable mention and have their artwork displayed throughout the year on the Hocks Out Press website. The Thumperino Superbunny series is a two-time Grammy Award contender for Best Children's Album (audiobook), Winner of the Creative Child magazine Book of the Year, the Pacific Book Award, the Preferred Choice Award, and a National Indie Excellence Awards Finalist. The You-Color-It Storybook series A Cow Named Cow is the Winner of the Creative Child magazine Book of the Year, Winner of the Book Excellence Award, Creative Child magazine Best Interactive Storybook Award, and a Beverly Hills Book Awards Finalist. Ms. Spradlin's books have appeared on NBC's The Michael J. Hocks Out was originally inspired by the adventures of Thumperino, a real life house rabbit and his special needs companion Veronica. The pair are adopted therapy rabbits, certified by the National Service Animal Registry. They reside in New York where they work to spread the message of the value of pet adoption.
