Ms. Kelley, a licensed social worker and certified moderate special needs instructor, has spent 30 years in her profession. She became involved in social work because she was intrigued by people's emotional responses and places a high value on the personal stories of her clients. Ms. Kelley feels that social work is a perfect fit due to her ability to listen carefully and actively to others. Her newest venture, Sesen, LLC, focuses on advocacy for senior citizens and is based on her philosophy that the elderly should be revered and respected, not marginalized. Ms. Kelley is interested in interacting with seniors who are in nursing facilities and pays personal attention to their personal histories, photographs and stories. Ms. Kelley finds these things not only fascinating but invaluable to society. She believes that the families of elderly individuals should enjoy all the wisdom they have to offer.

Ms. Kelley holds a bachelor of science in psychology from Westfield State College and is a member of several prestigious organizations in her field, including the National Association of Social Workers and the Senior Resource Alliance.
