Mr. Barnett, an experienced registered nurse, is responsible for overseeing and making major decisions concerning daily operations of the company. These include contracting with local management entities, creating and implementing policies that are in accordance with North Carolina standards and conducting employee training. Mr. Barnett was drawn to his profession after working as a charge nurse in the dual diagnosis and acute care units of a hospital. There, he noticed that the administration had trouble placing patients who were ready for discharge. Mr. Barnett and his wife saw the need for more therapeutic residential units in their area, so they began one of their own.

Paradigm, Inc. is a constantly expanding healthcare facility that has recently become fully endorsed by the state of North Carolina. Additionally, Mr. Barnett is looking forward to receiving national accreditation for Paradigm's services. In the future, the company hopes to expand to include a residential facility specifically for troubled adolescents.

Mr. Barnett holds a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Pittsburg and has years of experience working with patients in a hospital setting, making him a knowledgeable leader for Paradigm, Inc. He hopes to continue making a difference in the lives of others and takes pride in the ability of Paradigm, Inc. to put individuals on the road to recovery.
