Since 1995, Mr. McKeever has served as the chief executive officer and founder of the Mike P. McKeever Institute of Economic Policy Analysis. Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. McKeever pursued an education at Whittier College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in 1963. He followed this accomplishment with postgraduate coursework in financial analysis at Whittier College. He concluded his studies at the London School of Economics, graduating with a Master of Science in economics in 1966. Mr. McKeever would go on to earn life credentials in business, business industrial management, economics and social science from California Community Colleges.

Beyond his efforts within the field, Mr. McKeever has contributed to numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He has held the positions of controller for www.skates.com from 2004 to 2010, the chief executive officer of Licensing Capital LLC from 2005 to 2006, chief financial officer of Platform Technology Computer Services from 1999 to 2005, and the business manager for the Pacific Horticulture Society from 1998 to 2004. Previously, he worked as an instructor for the Business Plan Workshop in Santa Rosa, CA, from 1980 to 1995, the owner of the Counseling Brokerage Group from 1980 to 1984, and the senior FP&A analyst for Dart Industries from 1966 to 1969. Additionally, Mr. McKeever served the Graduate School of Business Administration at Armstrong State University in several capacities, including economics and business director and assistant professor.

In addition to his primary trade, Mr. McKeever remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. A speaker for the Hillary Clinton for President Campaign in 2008, he maintained involvement as president of We Care-Santa Rosa with FloridaHealth in 1984 and as director of the Wine Business Institute at Sonoma State University in 1981. Likewise, Mr. McKeever was the chairman for the Advisory Committee for the Suppression of Drug Abuse in Schools in Sonoma County, CA, in 1988, as well as the Design Plan Task Force for the Downtown Development Association in Santa Rosa, CA, in 1982.

In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. McKeever has accrued several accolades and honors throughout his impressive career.
