JACKSON NJ, May 08, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Roberta Heck with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Ms. Heck celebrates many years of experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all marquis who's who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

With nearly 30 years of professional experience, Ms. Heck has partnered with her husband, Roderick O. Heck. She has headed Roberta Heck Ministries: www.robertaheckministries.org, since 1990. In this role, she leads the Organization: https://twitter.com/rhministry, as a Minister, as well as with their outreach ministry as a Poet, Author, and Spoken Word Artist: https://www.youtube.com/user/RNRHPUBLISHING. In addition, Ms. Heck is the managing partner of the Roberta Heck Collection Gift Shop: http://www.robertaheckministries.org/giftshop/Scripts/default.asp, and the senior vice president of RnRH Publishing's: www.amazon.com/author/robertaheck.

Ms. Heck developed a talent for writing poetry from an early age, as she found it was the best way for her to express herself. Encouraged to publish her work by those who felt her experiences could be beneficial to others, she was further driven by her faith to continue to share her experience. The youngest of 10 children, her mother instilled the value of a strong education and the value of giving back in Ms. Heck, pushing her to succeed.

A respected voice in her industry, Ms. Heck has written extensively, including several books and poetry collections. The author of "After the Storm is Over," she also wrote "The Dawn of a New Day," "One With God," and "Changes of the Mind: Thoughts With Sober Conclusions." Her latest novel "From Hell to Salvation ~ One Girl's Journey" is in the process of being made into a movie. She has also maintained affiliation with several organizations in relation to her areas of expertise, including the Delaware Valley Poets and the New Jersey Poet Society, Inc.

Ms. Heck credits her success to the influence of her mother as well as to her faith. While attending college, she found herself following the crowd and going down a bad road. During a storm, she unplugged all her electronics and lit a candle, falling asleep while reading. She awoke to a fire in her room, and barely escaped. Crediting God for saving her life, Ms. Heck found new purpose and decided to tell her story to others via her writing.

Throughout her career, Ms. Heck has been recognized for her contributions. She was honored as Poet of the Year in 2005. In 2002, she received both the National Shakespeare Trophy of Excellence from the Poetry Society of America and the National Poetic Excellence Award from Poetry of Today. The recipient of the national Editors Choice Award from the International Society of Poets in 2000, Ms. Heck has been featured in Who's Who in Executives and Professional and the National Register of Who's Who.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Heck intends to continue work on her movie: https://youtu.be/13Nvr2cGkxc, which is based on her book "From Hell to Salvation ~ One Girl's Journey". She hopes to influence those who are at risk of addictions, suicide due to bullying, peer pressure, and spousal abuse by sharing her testimony and touching lives: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Roberta-Heck-Ministries/297505646630.

The daughter of Dora Tillman McCuller and Otis Walter McCuller, Ms. Heck is married to Roderick O. Heck, son of Julia Watson-Heck, and the late Robert Paul Heck. Her sons include, Ronald, Jeconias, Joshua, and David, and her daughter, Sundraya Heck. She is the proud Grandmother of Cameron, Cade, Tyler, and Jaydes. In her free time, Ms. Heck enjoys fishing, boating, and swimming.
