Mr. Reynolds has been living and working in New York City for many years. As president of Reynolds & Company since 1981, with expertise in management consulting, he formerly served as a senior vice president of health in the medical division at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., and was on the board of directors between 1970 and 1980.

Also well known in the art world, Mr. Reynolds is a respected photographer whose fascination with big cities' architecture has served as his inspiration. Focusing on the visual interplay between public places and the people who live, work and play there, the visual realities in his photos often include illusions that seem real.

With a Bachelor of Arts in literature and economics from New York University, coursework in architecture studies at the University of Michigan and photography courses at the International Center of Photography, Mr. Reynolds has served in various roles for some of the most prestigious organizations and institutions throughout his career. He is a former lecturer in the School of Public Health at Harvard University and former faculty member at the American College of Healthcare Executives. He was the developer of a gain sharing program which combined pay for performance with gain sharing to align physician and hospital incentives for the Leap Frog Group and served on the board of directors for the Health Center Management Institute in Richmond, VA. Since 1979, Mr. Reynolds has been active as chairman of the board for J.X. Reynolds Fine Arts, Ltd., and since 1980, has been a member of the health advisory board for Hunter College.

During his journey in photography, Mr. Reynolds has participated in multiple exhibitions, recently including a solo exhibition at the Florida Museum of Photographic Art called "Cityscapes" in 2015 and many group exhibitions across New York, New Jersey, Florida and California, as well as in Buenos Aires in 2012 and Spain in 2014. As a result, Mr. Reynolds has received multiple awards, including a Best Shot Award for Met Opera and Avery Fisher Hall by WPGA Pollux Awards in 2011, an Award for Architecture Interiors: MOMA Grand Piano Stairway One by the International Photography Awards in 2012, and an Award for Architecture: Lincoln Center Drop Off Two by WPGA Pollux Awards in 2014.

A member of the Aperture Foundation, the Center for Photography Woodstock, the International Center for Photography and the Camera Club of New York, Mr. Reynolds also served on the editorial board for "Physicians Finance News" for several years as well. He has been showcased in more than 60 editions of Who's Who, including Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare.
