Prior to these appointments, he served Pusan National University as a lecturer in 2014 and as a researcher with the Institute of Mathematical Sciences from 2012 to 2014. Dr. Kim began his career as Technical Research Personnel as an alternative to army service at Pusan National University from 2006 to 2011.
Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Kim pursued an education at Pusan National University, graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy in mathematics. From 2012 to 2013, he was recognized as a Visiting Fellow by the Basque Center for Applied Mathematics.
Beyond his efforts within the field, Dr. Kim has participated in numerous endeavors in his professional circles. He has found much success as an author, having contributed articles and abstracts to such esteemed publications as Nonlinear Analysis, Theory, Methods and Applications, Computers and Mathematics with Applications, the Journal of Engineering Mathematics, Boundary Value Problems, Applied Mathematical Modeling, the Scientific World Journal, and the International Journal of Innovation Engineering and Science Research. Attributing his success to his inherent interest in the reinterpretation of various industries through mathematics, Dr. Kim is looking to establish himself as a leading figure within Seowon University in the future through the contributions of his expertise to the next generation of mathematicians.
