An accomplished listee, Ms. Roller celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. Ms. Roller is a retired elementary school teacher of 44 years who began teaching for the Southeastern School Corporation as a fifth and sixth grade teacher in 1974. Remaining with the same school district her entire career, she has since taught first and second grade students and was a readiness teacher for first grade before spending the bulk of her career as a second grade teacher until retiring in 2018.

Very involved in her field throughout her tenure and even after retirement, Ms. Roller served on countless committees and teams. More recently, she was a response to intervention team member for Thompson Elementary between 2011 and 2013 and for Galveston Elementary between 2007 and 2010, was the founder and coordinator of School on Saturday in Galveston, IN, between 1994 and 2008, and spent 13 years as a coordinator of the Veterans Day Programs for Southeastern Elementary Schools between 2004 and 2017. Ms. Roller was a longstanding member of several professional organizations, including the National Education Association, the National Science Teachers Association and the Indiana State Teachers Association and served in various capacities for the Hoosier Association of Science Teachers, Inc., and served in various capacities for the Hoosier Association of Science Teachers, Inc. She briefly served as president of the Southeastern Education Association in the early 1980s as well.

The author of the book "My Mother's Graceful Inspiration" in 2008, Ms. Roller has also contributed articles in "Best Practices for Teaching" by Randi Stone. These have included "Best Classroom Management for Reaching All Learners" in 2005, Math in 2007, Science in 2007, Writing in 2007, and Reading in 2009. Responsible for the development of classroom business called "Chocolate Lollipops, Inc.," which earned over $5,000 for numerous charities, Ms. Roller has been recognized numerous times for her efforts, including with several teaching awards, a Make a Difference Day Honoree Award from USA Weekend Magazine, and a Good Neighbor Award.

Ms. Roller was the founder and director of many space related programs from 1988-2018 involving her classroom, after school Young Astronauts, Mission Possible offered to Indiana University at Kokomo and Purdue University Summer Programs, and organized trips to Challenger Center, Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL and to the Kennedy Space Center. She is also a longtime Hawaiian entertainer who has been performing at civic events, nursing homes and health care facilities for the past nearly 50 years. Aspiring to complete a second book, which she has already begun working on, it will highlight some of her many successes as a classroom teacher.

A certified Critical Friends Group coach who also holds an aerospace education endorsement for K-12, Ms. Roller has a bachelor's degree from Indiana University at Kokomo, IN and a master's degree from IUPUI. She has been cited in more than 30 editions of Who's Who, including Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in American Education.
