She has also been admitted to practice in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ms. Zibas has additionally practiced cases for the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California, the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the District of New Jersey, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Southern District of Ohio.
Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Zibas has participated in numerous endeavors in her community. She has contributed to Make-A-Wish Connecticut as a board member and as a board of advisor member for The Mentor Project. Ms. Zibas has found much success with her written works as well, having authored myriad articles for esteemed publications such as the National Law Review. In addition, she is invited to speak on technology developments and law before insurance executives.
In addition to her primary trade, Ms. Zibas is affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She maintains involvement with the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
In light of her exceptional undertakings, Ms. Zibas has accrued several accolades throughout her impressive career.
