Mr. Tomezsko has been an adjunct professor of history at Manor College in Jenkintown, PA since 2007. In 2002 he served as a technical writer at McNeil Pharmaceutical in Fort Washington, PA. Before these positions, he was an editor at Merck & Company, Inc., in West Point, PA, from 1999 to 2001. From 1994 to 2004, he worked as a news reporter at the Northeast News Gleaner in Philadelphia. His first professional position was as a technical writer at BIOSIS in Philadelphia, PA, from 1976 to 1999. He considers his time spent writing to be the highlight of his career, particularly at the Northeast News Gleaner. His career as a writer began in school when he started working as a reporter for the student newspaper at Temple University, called The Temple News.
Mr. Tomezsko's academic pursuits began at La Salle College in Philadelphia, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 1971. He continued his studies at Temple University, where he received a Master of Arts in political philosophy in 1974.

The books Mr. Tomezsko has authored over the years include "Upward Journey," "Flawed Foundings," "Fully Occupied Years," "An Afternoon in May" and "Gird Yourselves for this Great Effort." Additionally, he has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 1991 and the Deputy Grand Knight of Assumpta Council 3885 since 2016. He was inducted into the honor roll of the Chapel of Four Chaplains at Temple University in 1991 by those who admired him for his selfless dedication to his ideals.
