Mrs. Rachow began her career as secretary at WESTAB, INC (Big Chief Tablets) in St. Joseph, Mo (1957-1960). She left that position to work as a secretary at Seitz Packing Co., now known as Sara Lee Corporation in St. Joseph, Mo. (1960-1966). Sharon left that position to attend college at Southern Illinois University (S.I.U. 1967-1970).
Sharon began working at the St. Joseph Area Chamber of Commerce as Executive Secretary to the Vice President (1970-1972). She then applied for a position as Executive Assistant to the President/General Manager of The Kansas City CHIEFS Football Organization in Kansas City, Missouri. She was asked to fill that position, which she called, "The best job in Kansas City!"
Sharon was asked to serve on the Board of Trustees with the Mid-American chapter of the Midland Multiple Sclerosis Express Branch from 1993-1998.
In 1984 Sharon obtained her Real Estate License. Two years later she received the award for Highest Residential Sales for 1986 from the St. Joseph Board of Realtors. She has been named to the Top 10 by the Multi-Million Dollar Club. During her career she also received numerous awards for Highest Volume Sold from RE/MAX, COLDWELL BANKER, etc!
Sharon received many sales awards plus the prestigious RE/MAX HALL OF FAME INTERNATIONAL AWARD IN 2001. "....as one of the elite in the entire Real Estate Industry. While with RE/MAX you have produced real estate sales exceeding those of entire sales staffs of other companies."
Sharon has previously been selected for inclusion in Who's Who in Finance & Industry, Who's Who in the Midwest, multiple editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who of American Women & Who's Who in the World.
