Prior to these enterprises, he served as Assistant to the President General Cinema Corporations Beverage Division in Miami from 1978 to 1981. Mr. Yarus was a Psychologist and Administrator at Framingham Day Hospital in Massachusetts from 1972 to 1976.
Mr. Yarus is a Registered Investment Advisor in the State of Florida. He serves on many non-profit boards and is currently a director of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and the Collegiate Learning Exchange. He is a past president of the Harvard Business School Club of South Florida. He is a Board Member of Regency Multi Family LLC, which focuses on housing for college students. Mr. Yarus enjoys mentoring young people for the next generation of leadership at work and in the community. He is most proud of his son, David, who is the founder of MLLNLL, one of the most successful social media marketing firms targeting millennials nationally. He is equally proud of his nephew, David, who is the Chief Operating Officer of his real estate investments.
Prior to his professional career, Mr. Yarus earned a Bachelor of Science from Union College in Schenectady, New York, in 1971. He continued his education with a Master of Education from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA focusing on community psychology in 1973 and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University's Business School in 1978. In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Yarus was selected for inclusion in the 20th edition of Who's Who in the South and Southwest.
