Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Anderson pursued an education at the Midwest Theological Institute, earning a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in pastoral counseling. He continued his academic efforts with a Bachelor of Arts at the University of New Mexico. Following these accomplishments, he obtained a Master of Theology at Logos University. Dr. Anderson concluded his studies at Trinity Bible College and Seminary, graduating with a Doctor of Divinity in 1987.

Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Dr. Anderson has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. A speaker and minister for international churches, he has contributed to myriad national community projects and community development programs as a director and planner. Honored as a guest speaker for Bishop Na, he excelled as presiding bishop over the International Pentecostal Holiness Churches in the Republic of Korea in 1985. Dr. Anderson further holds the singular honor of organizing a revival at the White River Reservation in Arizona for the Apache Indians in the region, attracting over 1,500 Apaches in attendance.

Dr. Anderson found success with his creative works as well, having authored "The Test Of The Anointed Leadership In The Pulpit To Combat the Wolf, the Dog and the Pig and the Little Foxes that Spoil the Vines" in 2012, "The Adventure of Prayer & Forgiveness Through Spiritual Warfare" in 2010, and "Two Women to Avoid in the 21st Century and One Woman to Embrace Into Eternity" in 2010. As a unique and lauded figure in the field of religious services, he has additionally written books on ministry, leadership, and church growth. Dr. Anderson also finds joy in his music, singing regularly with his group, the Singsations.

In light of his exceptional undertakings, Dr. Anderson has accrued several accolades throughout his impressive career. He was recognized among the Nation's Top Public Speakers by the American Banking Institute in 1972, as well as Who's Who in California in 1989 and the 3,000 Noted American Businessmen in 1993. Moreover, he has been presented with Letters of Commendation from President Gerald Ford, President George Bush, President William Jefferson Clinton, and California Governor George Dukmejiam.
