The director of philanthropy at Baystate Health Foundation in Springfield, Mass., Ms. Bronner has found success with this esteemed organization since 2014. A not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system that serves over 800,000 people throughout Western New England, Baystate has provided high-quality, compassionate healthcare in the Pioneer Valley for more than 145 years. From 2007 to 2014, she excelled as a senior philanthropy officer and acting director of development for Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation in Hyannis, Mass. Ms. Bronner began her career in front-line fundraising as an associate director of annual and special gifts as well as an annual and special gifts officer with Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Mass. from 1998 to 2006. Prior to that time, Ms. Bronner served as Assistant Secretary of the College and oversaw institutional events at Mount Holyoke College.

A longstanding member of the Western Massachusetts chapter of Women in Philanthropy, Ms. Bronner is also affiliated with the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. For the town of Granby, Mass., she has excelled on the appeals board from 1995 to 2004, returning to this same position in 2017. Ms. Bronner previously served as chairman of the appeals board from 2004 to 2007.

Since 1995, Ms. Bronner has been a notary public for the state of Massachusetts. Notably, as a Frances Perkins Scholar she earned an undergraduate degree in American Studies from Mount Holyoke College in 1999. Ms. Bronner has been selected for inclusion in the 23rd and 24th editions of Who's Who of American Women.
