A: Winning the Consumer Choice Award is not something we take lightly. Having been chosen by the consumer to win the award makes a bold statement. Having won the award 9 times in a row is uplifting for our staff and instills confidence in our past and current customer base.
Q: What are the "core values" of your organization?
A: Our goal is to be a one shop stop for anyone looking for windows and doors. We are not order takers-- we are consultants, here to help every client make an informed buying decision to ensure the end result meets their expectations.
Q: What is one major decision you make on a daily basis?
A: To continually raise the bar and always meet or exceed clients expectations.
Q: What is the next priority for your business?
A: To expand in the high end market. We have beautiful products that perfectly blend with the demand and requirements for the high-end modern homes that there is a growing demand for.
Q: Where do the great ideas come from in your organization? (Team decisions, management decision etc.)
A: We involve all our appropriate staff in company decision making. We believe input from the driving force of the company to be very important.
Q: What makes your business unique in the market?
A: We are a true one stop shop. We have window and door products to suit any taste or budget. From a small shed window to massive door systems... floor to ceiling up to 30' wide.
Q: What is the most recent example of how you have exceeded your client's expectations on a job?
A: Our client needed an over sized door system installed in a new house. The timeline was short and they didn't have the resources available to install on time. We juggled stuff around and used 4 of our own staff to install the door within two days notice.
Q: What is ONE characteristic that you believe helped you through your career?
A: To never be complacent.
