An expert in her field, Dr. Sooknyung Ha initially pursued an education at Sangmyung University, earning a Bachelor of Interior Design. She later continued her studies with a Master of Science in interior design from the Pratt Institute. Dr. Ha concluded her academic efforts at Hongik University, graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy in space design.
Throughout her career, Dr. Sooknyung Ha has contributed to a plethora of published research, including "A Study on the Color Image by Elements of Sustainable Space Design," "A Study on the Development of the Reuse Contents for Sustainable Design," "A Study on the Space Planning and Construction of Traditional Markets" and "A Case Study on the Sustainable Business of LEED Green Building in the U.S.," to name a few. For her professional accomplishments, she accepted the Excellent Teaching Prize from Sangmyung University as well as an Education Award and Academic Award from the Korea Space Design Society. Looking toward the future, Dr. Ha intends to experience the continued excellence of her present post with Sangmyung University.
