In addition to his primary responsibilities, he served as Director of State and Local Tax with CDI Corporation from 2007 to 2011, a tax consultant with DVI from 2005 to 2007 and serving CSL Behring, Inc. from 2003 to 2005. Likewise, Mr. Brown worked as the chief financial officer of DNJ Pharma, Inc., from 2011 to 2014 and Corporate Controller with Infragistics Inc. from 2016 to 2017.
Mr. Brown began his career as a student at the Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1979. After obtaining some expertise in the field, he returned to his studies at the University of Houston, earning a Master of Business Administration in 1993. He was certified as a public accountant in 1985. Additionally, Mr. Brown is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the former treasurer and president of the Delaware Valley Texas A&M Club.
