Donald Pascal Connola Jr. won the Dean of Students Award for Outstanding Service and Dedication to the Students of Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Although he holds several notable achievements, his experiences serving as an Undergraduate Program Director and M.B.A. Program Director were the most fulfilling of his career.
An expert in his field, Mr. Connola holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Brooklyn Law School. In order to remain abreast of changes in the field, he maintains affiliation with the Association for Training and Development, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Association of MBA Executives, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
In light of his professional accomplishments, Mr. Connola won the Dean of Students Award for Outstanding Service and Dedication to the Students of Fairleigh Dickinson University and the Dean of Students Outstanding Advisor of the Year Award (FDU-Rutherford). In the near future, Mr. Connola intends to continue excelling as a part-time college professor/college administrator, and as an independent management consultant.
