Ms. Harper treasured every moment of her career in education, which spanned 40 years at the West Yuma RJ-1 School District in Colorado. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University in 1964. Married to her husband James K. Harper since 1963, Ms. Harper and he share two of their own children together, as well as six grandchildren. Enjoying her retirement, she loves spending quality time with family.
