Earlier in her career, she excelled as a ballet instructor for Illusions Performing Arts Studio. Over the years, Ms. Mochan has also worked as a mathematics tutor for Club Z Tutoring and as a private tutor in Old Forge, Moosic, Taylor and Scranton, Pennsylvania.
A certified secondary teacher, Ms. Mochan earned a Bachelor of Science from Marywood University, and a Master's degree in education development and strategy and a Master's degree in 21st century teaching and learning from Wilkes University. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, she is affiliated with the Pennsylvania Council of Teachers of Mathematics as well as the Northeastern Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics. Utilizing her valuable knowledge, Ms. Mochan has authored two poetry books, titled "Wakiza" and "Protected."
For her professional excellence, Ms. Mochan was presented with numerous Editor's Choice Awards for Poetry from World of Poetry. She was selected for inclusion in many editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who of American Women and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders. Looking toward the future, Ms. Mochan intends to experience the continued success of her career.
