He worked as the principal director of the electronics and photonics laboratory of the Aerospace Corporation from 1999 to 2012, having found success with the company in a number of management positions between 1993 and 1999 and as a research scientist from 1985 to 1993. Earlier in his career, Dr. Jaduszliwer served as a research scientist, an assistant research professor, and an associate research professor at New York University from 1974 to 1984.

Dr. Jaduszliwer initially pursued an education at the University of Buenos Aires, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in physics in 1968. He continued his studies at the University of Toronto, where he earned a Master of Science in 1970. Dr. Jaduszliwer concluded his academic efforts at the University of Toronto in 1973, graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy.

A respected voice in his industry, Dr. Jaduszliwer has been affiliated with a number of organizations in his community. He was a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and is a member of the American Physical Society, and IEEE. A holder of five patents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Dr. Jaduszliwer has authored nearly 40 articles for professional journals.

Throughout his career, Dr. Jaduszliwer has been celebrated for his impressive contributions to the field. He has been featured in numerous publications, including Who's Who in the West and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
