With nearly 50 years of professional experience, Ms. Dale was the founder and chief executive officer of Mouse Calls LLC from 2000 to 2016. Prior to establishing her own firm, she rose to the position of program officer for the Episcopal Diocese of Washington from 1990 to 1999, having started as administrative assistant with the diocese from 1989 to 1990. She previously served as a consultant for the D.C. Commission for Women in 1987 and as an associate professor and medical technologist at Prince George's Community College from 1972 to 1987. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dale was a medical technology instructor at D.C. General Hospital from 1971 to 1972 and a medical technologist at Providence Hospital from 1967 to 1971.

Ms. Dale began her career as a student at Howard University, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in 1961. After obtaining some experience in the field of medical technology, she enrolled in a computer studies course at George Washington University, earning a Computer Technology Certificate in 1999. She has also been certified in medical technology by Providence Hospital and the American Society for Clinical Pathology, in web design by Westlake Internet, and in computer help desk support by CompTIA.

Ms. Dale has consistently demonstrated her versatility by sharing her expertise with numerous organizations, including the Washington Humane Society, the All Souls Church, the Fort Washington Community Choir, the Byte Back Community Computer Center, the Oracle Set Foundation, the D.C. Crisis Hotline and the Trinity Episcopal Church, among many others. In 2014, she sat on the steering committee for the Heiwa Hiroshima Peace Pilgrimage to Japan with the All Souls Church, worked with the archive committee of the Church and joined the Akoma Drummers, an African drumming group, the same year. Several years earlier, while with the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, she compiled an anthology of parish churches, "People of the Promise" and in March 2006, authored a biography on Earl A. Neil, an African American civil rights reformer that was published in Anglican and Episcopal History.

Throughout her career, Ms. Dale has been recognized for her contributions, including having been named Volunteer of the Year by Byte Back Community Computer Center in 2005. She has been featured in numerous honors publications, including multiple editions of Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Science and Engineering, Who's Who in the East, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who of American Women.
