Dr. Catherine Campbell is affiliated with the National Community School of the Arts and has been appointed to the board of Contemporary Opera.

Supported by decades of practiced industry experience, Dr. Campbell has found much success as a freelance concert pianist and founded The HWT Concert Series. At the start of her career, she worked as an Executive Director for the Turtle Bay Music School. Over the years, she taught at various schools, and served as the Executive Director for the Garden State Academy of Music and the co-director of Piano'Scape. Though her career has been filled with highlights, Dr. Campbell is especially proud of being able to hone her musical prowess on a daily basis.

An expert in her field, Dr. Campbell pursued an education at Manhattanville College, earning a Bachelor of Music. She continued her studies earning two Master of Music degrees from the New England Conservatory of Music. Dr. Campbell concluded her academic efforts at the Eastman School of Music, graduating with a Doctor of Musical Arts. In the early nineties, Dr. Campbell was awarded The NYC Leadership in Education from Mayor David Dinkins.

In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Dr. Campbell is affiliated with the National Community School of the Arts and has been appointed to the board of Contemporary Opera. Utilizing her vast knowledge, she has held lectures on Baroque composers, female composers, American women and 20th century composers. Looking toward the future, Dr. Campbell intends to experience the continued success of her career.
