Q: What does being a consumer choice award winner mean to you? How did winning the Consumer Choice Award impact your business?

A: This is a tremendous honour!

Q: What makes your business unique in the market?

A: We take the time to put patients first, and focus on treating each patient - not the illness. Using a Functional Medicine model, we offer state of the art lab testing to help uncover the root cause(s) of each patient's health issues. Using this data we are able to create a tailored health program unique to each individual.

Q: What is the most recent example of how you have exceeded your client's expectations on a job?

A: I have been very fortunate to have worked with patients from around the world. One of our patients in the middle east has done very well on our program, and not only sent their entire family to come to see me but now wants me to help develop a clinic like mine in their home country, which currently does not offer Functional Medicine. Very honoured to be considered for such a role.

Q: What is the next priority for your business?

A: Finding like-minded ND's to help scale and grow our business.

Q: What is ONE characteristic that you believe helped you through your career?

A: Being passionate about learning, and being an expert in Functional Medicine. The entire field of medicine is constantly evolving. We (as doctors) need to keep on the cutting edge of the best therapies for each patient.

Q: Does your company use social media? If so, how had it changed your business/organization?

A: Yes. This has helped us reach many patients by adding high-value articles, newsletters, etc. to validate us as a leader in the industry.
