Mr. Reynolds most recently served as director of community relations at Lucent Technologies in Murray Hill, NJ, for four years between 1996 and 2000. In the business for many years, he formerly served as district manager, public relations at AT&T Bell Laboratories, Murray Hill, NJ, AT&T Communications in Basking Ridge, NJ, and AT&T Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

At NJ Bell he served in various field and staff assignments including district manager, urban affairs, district manager, business service centers-northern area, district manager, residence services-Passaic County, district manager, public relations-public information, manager, operator services-Morris County. In 1982 he Joined AT&T as district manager, consumer affairs.

Active as a board member of the National Council on Crime and Delinquency in San Francisco from 1981 to 1997, Mr. Reynolds was also affiliated with The Alliance of New York State Arts Council from 1988 to 1990. He served as president of the New Jersey Council on Economic Education in Trenton from 1981 to 1982 and as a state coordinator for the Take a Bite Out of Crime campaign in Newark from 1980 to 1981. He is a longtime member of the Warner Lodge. He was a co-founder of Project Pride, Newark's city-wide anti-vandalism program from 1977-1982. He is a longtime member of Mt. Mansfield Lodge No.26 F & AM, in Jericho, VT, is a member of The American Legion and Sons of the American Revolution.

Serving in the U.S. Army Ordnance Corps as a first lieutenant from 1965 to 1966 after earning his degrees, Mr. Reynolds has since received several honors for his time served. He was the recipient of the Bronze Star Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and a Meritorious Unit Citation Ribbon. He also received the State of NJ Distinguished Service Award for his Vietnam service. After leaving active duty, he joined the New Jersey National Guard and served from 1966 through 1967 as commander of the 117th Ordnance Company in Morristown, NJ.

Mr. Reynolds has been cited in numerous editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the East, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, and Who's Who in the Media and Communication. He has notably held a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College since 1963 and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University since 1964. He was the recipient of the Department of the Army Reserve Officers Training Corps Distinguished Military Graduate Award.

Born in Ossining, NY, Mr. Reynolds later married Mary Tibbetts Gregory in 1961. He is the father of two and grandfather of three. In his free time, he enjoys reading about military history, as well as pursuing a lifetime interest in antique and classic cars - owning, restoring, driving and showing them. He is a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America and the Early Ford V8 Club of America and their respective regional group in New Jersey.
