An accomplished listee, Ms. Westover celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Westover, owner of EnerTech Resource, a technical and management recruiting firm, has been successfully placing candidates with companies in the oil and gas, manufacturing, accounting and information technology fields since 1991. Overseeing everything from business development and recruiting to the budget, Ms. Westover started from the bottom, building the business one placement at a time. Today Ms. Westover continues to grow her business by maintaining a high level of ethics and standards.

Trained to become a technical and management recruiter while employed with DHRG in Houston between 1989 and 1991, Ms. Westover was later promoted to the sales manager of the organization's northwest Houston office. Prior to her time at DHRG, she worked in retail as an operations manager. She also spent years as a designer. Studying interior design due to her interest in architecture, periods of furniture and color and how it affects people, Ms. Westover's passion of world and American history also greatly influenced her desire to work in design.

Ms. Westover also received a Young Republican Award years prior in 1973 while residing in Curry County, NM. Diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and finding herself in the fight of her life, Ms. Westover began documenting her journey and the steps she has undertaken to become cancer-free. Her first book, Cancer...My NEW Normal! is targeted for release in May 2019. It is a very personal story that is intended to be easy for the cancer patient to understand and to help them stay positive. She also provides the steps she followed that she hopes are leading her to remission. Ms. Westover plans to write a second book in the near future on surviving the raising of two grandchildren of a daughter with substance abuse issues. She is planning a third book that chronicles the true adventures of a Canadian boys' band targeted by a German U-boat in WWII.

A 1971 graduate of Clovis High School in Clovis, New Mexico, Ms. Westover soon after became a licensed cosmetologist in 1972. She studied Interior Design at LaSalle Extension University of Chicago in 1974 and 1975 and completed a course of study in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design in 1978. She has since obtained the CPC designation in 1998 through the National Association of Personnel Services. The CPC denotes expertise in the field of Employment Law.
