Even though her career has been filled with highlights, Dr. Ying Wei is especially proud of the co-joint project she participated in conducting research on wastewater.

Earlier in her career, she pursued postdoctoral fellowships through Texas A&M University and Lamar University. From there, she gained valuable expertise in information technology laboratory management for IT Corporation in Cosby, TX.
Even though her career has been filled with highlights, Dr. Wei is especially proud of the co-joint project she participated in conducting research on wastewater. It was hard to treat, but together they were able to create a process to treat pollution to a very low level. Not only did it work, but it was cost effective as well, and once she left the project she was proud to realize her work was continued.
An expert in her field, Dr. Wei holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Heilongjiang University in China, and a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Rennes 1 in France. To remain abreast of changes in the field, she maintains affiliation with the American Water Works Association. In light of her excellence in the field, she was honored with features in the 57th through 61st editions of Who's Who in America and the 21st edition of Who's Who in the World. Looking toward the future, Dr. Wei intends to experience continued success with WJIES.
