Ms. Fabbri began her career as an art lecturer at Villanova University in Pennsylvania from 1971 and 1973, later serving in the same role at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania between 1974 and 1976. Subsequently, she found success with The Drummer as an art critic and an art editor from 1976 to 1979 and as an art critic for The Bulletin in Philadelphia between 1978 and 1980. From 1980 to 2001, Ms. Fabbri contributed as a director at the Alfred O. Deshong Museum with Widener University, the Noyes Museum in New Jersey, and the Paley Design Center in Thomas Jefferson University.
Ms. Fabbri worked for Rosemont College in Pennsylvania as art administration and humanities lecturer from 2000 to 2003. Likewise, she excelled as an art critic for the Philadelphia Style Magazine between 2002 and 2005. Since 1998, Ms. Fabbri has served as an art critic for several publications including the Philadelphia Daily News, Art in America, Art Matters, the Art Newspaper, and the American Artist.
Additionally, Ms. Fabbri has been active as an art critic for the BroadStreetReview.com since 2006. Moreover, she participated on the board of directors for the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts from 2001 to 2003 as well as on the advisory committee for the Main Line Art Center. Furthermore, Ms. Fabbri has held the post of the chairperson for the New Visions, a Philadelphia Furniture Exhibition.
